Daily cleaning if you wanted it. The cleaners for the property were really helpful and friendly, attended to everything we needed. Although the owner wasn’t there, getting in touch was easy and she helped where she could. Free cold filtered water was a dream. WiFi worked amazing when the power was on. Shower was good

The property is a bit off the beaten track but only a short walk to the Cloud 9 area via walking track to the back of the accommodation.

Very clean and well kept

Really comfortable room. Lots of places to hang clothes and a fridge (with free drinking water downstairs). The WIFI was great and the staff were really helpful. Entrance to Cloud 9 beach is a 2 minute walk away. Also a few friendly pups around the property !

Very affordable place to stay for a group/family, within 5 minutes walk of Cloud 9. The room was big and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The en-suite toilet was also clean and had heated water. Air conditioning was great, and they provided many hangars to dry your wet clothes. Lastly, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and accommodated our requests like for scooter rental and airport transfer.

We loved our stay here. The room was extremely spacious, clean (the staff offered to clean it everyday!), and comfortable. The AC worked well, and the shower had good pressure. There was no hot water in our room, which was fine as it was so hot anyway! A nice bonus was having a good shelf and lots of space to hang wet towels, swimwear, etc. Only a short 10-minute walk to cloud 9 - you just need to ask for the shortcut.

“A cheap price for a great service quality.”

Although the construction of the property access road is still on going. However, I will not take it against the hostel considering that they have exceeded my expectations considering that its price is cheap but the quality of service is great. I am sure in the future that the construction of the access road will be completed. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hostel.

Maria, staff and family were so lovely. Maria was very helpful with organising our motorbike. They had problems with our air-conditioning in our room, but we were happy as they were very helpful with making us comfortable with fans and even offering another room in the hotel next door, but we declined. Our room was very clean and comfortable and didn't smell of musty mould. Very close to Cloud 9 with a quick 5 minute short cut walk Maria will show you. We would have extended our stay, but they were booked.
