“Feeling almost in Paradise”

The hospitality : Maria always helping with a smile. Makes you feel very welcome. The beautiful room. Nice decorated with flowers and plants. Beds very comfortable for a good sleep and rest. Delicious breakfast buffet and dinner. Nice pools and jacuzzi to chill and relax. We will definitely return to this amazing resort.

“Perfect stay with stunning view and exceptional service”

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this Family room. Everything was clean, and the service was very professional from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around. We also really enjoyed the pool, and the view was stunning. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Excellent facilities including pool, bar and restaurant. Free breakfast was great. Lovely staff and large rooms. Very good location for General Luna close to all restaurants etc, the hotel also offer bike rental. We really enjoyed our stay here.

“Wonderful”

It was simply wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful, and the location by the sea is a dream. In addition, the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. One person in our travel group has celiac disease and therefore cannot eat gluten. This was handled perfectly, and it was clear that the staff member who took care of it genuinely cared about meeting her needs. Every day, she received a separate meal that was also tailored to her personal preferences. We also rented scooters and used the laundry service, and everything worked perfectly. The Thai restaurant that belongs to the accommodation is also extremely delicious — we ate there almost every day. The bar is wonderful as well. The cocktails are very tasty, and the bartender is exceptionally kind. I would come back immediately and would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

“Not good”

I was looking forward to our visit and arrived a little early so our room wasn't ready after about 20 the receptionist said the room was ready and led us to a villa at the side of the swimming pool, everything looked great,and we started to unpack ready for a dip in the pool after 10 minutes the receptionist returned saying she had given us the wrong room but stated she had😡a better room with sea views on the second floor,so we packed up and followed her to the second floor where we were it in a room overlooking the rear yard where deliveries and staff come and go and a noisy dog tied up and of course no sea view,very disappointed the WiFi keeps dropping out so an early night made it go away,the next morning down for breakfast nice bacon,scrambled egg and beans but these were stone cold and when I pointed it out to the waitress she mentioned something about fire gel so either they had run out or it had blown out and to top it all they had an 11am checkout which the staff reminded us so book it for 2pm out for 11am,what a pity a great location but what a let down from the first minute,I have been asked for a review I don't like giving bad ones but I have a conscience as to other visitors,maybe we were just unlucky but I don't like my intelligence insulted by telling me lies to get me to vacate a room given by mistake,if I was that receptionist I think I would have let them stay in the wrong room to avoid any complaints,never mind it was only 10 hour coach ride and a two hour ferry to get there

Great location, easy 5 minute walk from hotel to main street with shops and restaurants etc. Nice pools, good breakfast. Staff changed dishes at breakfast so not always the same items so that was good. Staff were lovely, would stay here again.

“Organised, relaxing and great hospitality”

The customer service was exceptional they supported us with everything, Specially the barman was so friendly and tried to help us with all our request. There was a water fountain to refil our water bottle which was great. They helped us also with the tour which was very well organised. Amazing Sunrise spot!!
