This room Is really good, a beautiful open space with a really great taste in furniture. It Is a bit far from the main town and It Is hard to find transport in Siargao, but if you rent a car won't be a problem, few minutes driving from anything interesting. It Is a bit expensive, but the quality matches It.

“Quiet, outdated, overpriced”
Location is great if you like a quiet environment. However, it takes less than 10 minutes by motorbike to General Luna. Staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely apartment, spacious with a separate lounge area and included Netflix. There was a large water cooler that had an instant hot water option as well as cold and room temp. It had a lot of windows which meant a lot of natural light, and the view was nice looking out at the pool with the beach beyond. Lots of lighting options which, once you learn the switches, are quite useful. The food options were good and the food we did order was tasty (included breakfast and room service). The staff are friendly and helpful, there was one particular lady with light brown contact lenses (sorry I didn't catch her name!) who was amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The gentleman at the front desk was also helpful.

“Gem of a place”
This place makes me feel like home all the staff members were so lovely and polite nothing was too much for them they are always ready to help this hotel is just a few minutes to tourist road with tuk tuk few pennies breakfast was really good checking and checking out a breeze i will certainly be staying here again

“Beautiful resort with everything you need.”
We loved everything about Retreat Siargao. It’s in a quiet area but little stores and laundry services are next door. The resort has nice beachfront where we watch the sunrise every morning. Our favourite spot was a pergola with table and chairs that are arranged and cleaned regularly by the beach. We’ve watched sunrises, boats, petted some dogs and had our morning coffee in there. At night time, a mosquito repellent coil is placed on the table for the guests to use which I think is very thoughtful and you’ll fall asleep listening to the crickets and croaking frogs instead of the traffics. Tuktuk can be ordered at the reception and comes within 5 mins to take you to the main town which takes 10mins. We’re family of 4 and booked two rooms. The rooms are spacious complete with coffee maker, filtered water, quality towels and toiletries. We celebrated our son’s 17th birthday at the resort and Jason, the resort owner, had Japchae dish, a celebratory food that symbolises longevity, prepared for us. Everyone in the resort was so lovely, helpful and polite. We’ll be coming back for sure.
