“Stay away from old building”

We had room 8. Old room with lots of craks in the walls. For two consecutive nights, huntsmen spiders came into the room. Not a pleasant experience. Security eventually gave us a new room, also in the old building and on the busy street side. But on the 1st floor and spider-free. There are rooms in a new building here which should be very nice, but stay away from the old building!

It was quite in the area, the room was clean and comfortable same with bed, the garden is beautiful, the airconditioner works fine, but if you want it really cold you cant set the temperature, I think the coldest it got was around 24 celsius. They provided you with soap and a small portion of shampoo and conditioner.

Stayed over the Christmas period and it was very quiet. Location to cloud 9 surf is great. The room was spacious but the aircon unit was a bit naff and very noisy which was not ideal for getting a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for a shower matt and the water jar that was missing from the room. On the first few days we had access to a water dispenser to fill up the water jug and it also did hot water- great for my vegetarian friend who had porridge with her. This was then taken out of sight a couple of days into our stay when more people started arriving but the staff still let me use it when I asked. I prefer to fill our water jug in the room instead of buy plastic bottles every day and don't mind paying for this service if needed :)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfectly located right in front of the Cloud 9 surfing spot. The room was clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. We loved the warm and friendly staff, especially the reception guy from the night shift who greeted us always with smiles. We are looking forward to our next visit!"

The best location in Siargao for cloud9. The accommodation is good, I wasn’t expecting any exceptionals, one room, there’s hot water, shower, towels. Bring your own toothbrush/ shampoos etc or buy it at the shop that’s right beside the hotel. Staff is amazing and helpful. If I comeback to Siargao I’ll stay there again.

A few staff members were super polite and happy with a big smile on their face and did everything to assure that the stay is nice. The cloud 9 surf area is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel room. Nice restaurants arround, ATM nearby. Little shop belonging to the resort, got you covered wirh water and stuff. The aircon was strong and the room and beds were generally nice. We would visit again if some of the negative points improve.
