“Tropical family stay. Close to everything you need.”

The staff were friendly and helpful with booking activities, having laundry done and answering our questions. The grounds are very lush and green, which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. The room was perfect for a family, which was amazing.

I love the location, close to the center, but secluded enough not to hear any noise and be able to rest. the staff was very friendly at all times, especially the girl at the reception, who helped me at all times

“Wonderful place”

Everything! The owner & his staff clearly enjoy their work and are very helpful. The bungalow was fabulous in every way and the gardens surrounding the bungalows are beautiful.

Amazing place! We absolutely loved our stay! A bit above our normal budget but totally worth it! The villa’s were beautiful, with everything you need and more, they were spacious and comfortable. The pool was beautiful. The gym was a great extra. The location is perfect: not in the busy main street but still close enough to many restaurants and bars (walking distance) and only 20mins walk from the busy bars in the main street. The staff were incredible! So friendly and helpful and always with a smile! Maraming salamat!

“Amazing stay - would repeat”

What a great stay we had here. The apartment, the front patio with a swing, the WiFi (we also worked from there and it always worked), the pool, the staff… honestly really amazing. There is also a little gym and working area. It was very quiet and very enjoyable, lots of green and plants all around. Super relaxing. We also had laundry done and all worked out perfectly. They booked for us the transfer for the airport too.

“Perfect vacation”

The resort impressed us from the very first moment. It is clean, well maintained, and full of palm trees and greenery, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. The bungalow was spotless, with free drinking water available inside. Water pressure and temperature were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The service from both the reception and restaurant staff was excellent. Housekeeping was regularly offered, and additional services such as daily trips, laundry, transportation, and in-bungalow massages were available. Animal lovers will appreciate the friendly dogs and cats around the resort — they enjoy attention but are not intrusive. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and would definitely return 👍🙂

The staff was super nice. Everything was clean. The envoirment was very green. Close to everything but not in the middle of (easy to get en tuktuk).

Everything! The staff and the owner are super nice and helpful with anything you need. The room is big, cleaned and silent. The bed is comfortable, the pool is clean and relaxing

“Best Value Hidden Gem in Siargao”

The owners and the staff were super helpful. It is the malasakit (caring) for their guests that stood out from our visit.. They have provided local tips, guidance for activities, and knowledge of the area. The villa was spotless. There is a sense of pride in ownership for this family-owned property. The AC and WI-FI work, the TV has streaming services, e.g., Netflix, and there is even a generator in case the utility power is interrupted. I appreciate that the resort has thought of what their guests would need for a great stay. The location is about 15 mins away from town. We chose this location because we prefer the evening peace and quiet to the party scene if staying in the General Luna core. There are tuktuks (motorized mopeds) outside of the property that we use to get around town. I will stay again when I revisit Siargao.

“Very Disapointed.”

We are very disappointed with the service provided. We confirmed the van pick-up time from the hotel three separate times, as the airline had scheduled us to be at the airport at a specific time to resolve some ticket-related procedures. On the morning of the flight, one hour and thirty minutes before the scheduled pick-up, we were woken up in our room because the staff were unsure about the time — despite having signed a form with the correct details twice the previous day. We clarified everything again, and they assured us that all was in order. However, when we checked out, we had to wait an additional hour and twenty minutes past our agreed pick-up time for the van. As a result, we arrived at the airport one hour late. During our wait at the reception, we repeatedly explained to the receptionist that the scheduled time was incorrect and that we were going to be late. She and her colleague kept telling us that the van would arrive “in five minutes,” repeating this every ten minutes, even though the driver had already informed them of his actual arrival time. They did not offer any solution, such as arranging an alternative transfer, and they even misinformed the van driver by telling him that we had given the wrong departure time. The service was very disappointing, and we are extremely unhappy with how both the hotel staff and the driver handled the situation. We will certainly not be returning.
