“Quiet stay to visit Seville.”

The apartment is located in a residential building, on the bank of the river. It is very spacious with a large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a dishwasher, a washing machine and even a dryer. The beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness is perfect. You will have a secured parking space in front of the building. The owner is very nice and ready to provide a lot of information. At 2-3 minutes by car you will find Aldi Supermarket, Mercadona, some small restaurants, Mc Donalds and Burger King. If you have a rental car, it is the perfect place to visit Seville. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car, where you will find a very large free parking lot. In a maximum of 10 minutes by metro you will be in the heart of the city.

Mrs. Aida personally handed over the keys to us. She was very nice and showed us everything. The apartment was perfectly clean, spacious, new with a nice view. A short drive to the center of Seville, where you can find free parking. The apartment was also well equipped with dishes, cutlery, bathroom accessories, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, etc.

Wonderful accommodation, a perfect apartment with two beautiful bedrooms, a great living room and a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, 5 minutes by car to the metro with parking, then only 10 minutes to the very center of beautiful Seville. A wonderful host, he will give you all the necessary instructions for a pleasant stay. Our warm recommendation!

Amazing apartment that has everything you may need - it's really well prepared and the host was super helpful and explained everything to us. We liked it so much that it's such a shame we only got to spend one night there. I'll definitely come back to Seville again and will be staying for more days. Regarding the location, you have free parking and the metro is close by, so it's easy to use it and go the center, without taking the car with you. There are also a few bars and restaurants nearby, so if you're tired for the day, you can eat close to the place.

“Large residential block. Irresponsible dog owner.”

The apartment itself was Ok - it was located at the harbour, but parking and access was outside the harbour parameters. It was in a large residential block which wasn't ideal. Someone let their dog out into the 'inner courtyard' and it barked most of the night. It was running around which in turn kept tripping the security lights on. Parking was on the residential side street and free for all - first come first served. Overall, not a good experience. The lady who handed the keys over was very nice. The actual apartment was OK, but I wouldn't recommend it.

“Comfortable, clean and well equipped”

Located 20 minutes drive out of Seville centre, it is convenient for those with their own conveyance. May not suit those dependent on public transport. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen basics. Bathroom was small but served the purpose. Host can communicate in English. Aldi , Lidl and Mercadona are 5 min drive away for those needing to do grocery.
