“Interview rental”
True to most reviews. Very convenient, close to familymart and Lotus. Additionally various stores and also car mechanics like AC shops and service centres in case your car has issues.

“A stone’s throw away from USM”
Very clean, and well equipped with necessities including kettle, garment steamer, hair dryer, tv and fridge. Eateries and convenience stores are also all nearby

“Tiny room”
Unfortunately, the only positive thing i can say is that it was clean and close to a lotus and eating options. The room was tiny. Definitely should not be a double room. There is no room for your luggage. One person had to sit on the bed so the other could move around. The shower was basically over the toilet. It has a mini fridge, but it turns off when you remove the keyboard when leaving the room, which is ridiculous.

“Friendly and clean”
Can improve on number of mineral water, coffee patches and others according to the room booked for 3 pax. And if possible, can provide extra 1 set of keys for triple room as quite inconvenient when one left the room with the key.

I stayed here for 2 months. The best place you could stay in. The owner is soooo lovely and always there for help. The place is clean, comfortable, and whatever you want, Mr lee always there to help. I will come back to penang next year. I will not stay anywhere else

The property was very easy to find. Owner was great with communication and was able to organise us an airport transfer despite the next day being a public holiday for them. The area has everything you need from a lotus supermarket, a laundromat and a fantastic food court up the road (Phoenix).
