This compact apartment, part of a house right on the seafront, offered something truly special – private access to the beach directly from the yard. If you're looking to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening just steps from the sea, this is the place. The apartment itself is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the little outdoor terrace – perfect for breakfasts or relaxing with the sound of the waves in the background. The host was kind, helpful, and very understanding. We were lucky that the neighboring unit was unoccupied during our stay, which gave us even more privacy and peace. A wonderful, quiet spot for anyone wanting to truly unwind by the sea.

“Quiet vacation”

Despite being close to other villas, the area is very quiet. You're literally few meters away from a wonderful beach, full of colourful shells and friendly crabs (they flee as you get closer to them, so don't worry if you have curious kids). There's a nice small bay on the left if you fancy some privacy and an equipped beach 20 minutes on the right if you fancy some more social life

“Great stay!”

The location of the appartement is great! You need a car to get there and also to get to the supermarket, but it is located at a wonderful lonely sand beach!! Most times we were the only persons at the beach. Be aware that waves there can be quite strong (so maybe it’s not the best for small children, when the wave condition is like this).

Amazing location, and the top is that it is with the direct access to the sea! The sea is ideal for the family with the kids. The beach is really huge and clear and what is the best thing there were almost nobody, mostly a few people from the Manfria. The appartment is well equiped so we really didn't want to leave. On top i didn't remember when i slept like this, absolutly quiet location with the sound of the sea waves...this was a reall relax, we loved it. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this nice property located directly on the beach. The price was reasonable, the host was responsive. Maybe a little off the beaten path, but location on a lovely beach was worth it!

A dream vacation literally steps away from the sea in absolute tranquility. Villetta sullo Scoglio is tucked away in a quiet backstreet of a small village, isolated from any noise/traffic. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. Some reviewers complained about the wifi: it was slow occasionally but most of the time it worked perfectly well. The kitchen is well equipped and it's really nice that even things like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and coffee are provided. Beach chairs, a parasol, beach toys for kids are all available plus there's a shower in the garden where you can wash sand off. You open the garden gate and the beautiful sandy beach is really just outside. There's also secure parking right outside the house. Our host (Rosalba) was very friendly and easy to reach via Whatsapp anytime. We loved every minute of our stay and very highly recommend this place.
