The location was very central and easy to access, lots to do and see in the area. The property was neat, tidy and spacious. The property has a wonderful open plan living kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony, with the most beautiful view of the water front/ bay. It was great for our annual gathering to set up a grazing table, sit, talk and watch the days and nights go by out the windows. Strolling into Westfield for groceries and shopping and dining at the cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. Great space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and one car parking space.

“Great Location at Pier Point 3, we would happily return.”
The location of Pier Point 3 was lovely, right on the Geelong Waterfront and walking distance to bars, restaurants and a great coffee shop downstairs. It had a spacious living area and was clean. Our hostess was super helpful and met us with the key.
