Room was clean and getting access was easy

My unique code for the front door didn’t work, so was assigned a new one. This code then did not work on my room so was assigned a third code over the phone. When I was finally able to enter the room, it had no electricity. I called back again but there was no answer as there is no after hours or emergency service. I figured I would shower my kids and just have an early night (couldn’t watch TV and couldn’t charge any devices) but there was no hot water. I also then noticed th bathroom door had a large hole in it, the handle was broken, the sink in the bathroom had come away from the wall and the towel rack was warped - it looked as though someone had bee thrown around in there. As I had paid the required $200 deposit for damage and cleaning was of course worried that I would be charged for damage caused by previous tenants. I left 4 messages but no one returned my call either that night or the next morning. I had to report the lack of electricity to the cleaning staff and ask them to inspect the damage to the bathroom as well as the rapidly defrosting fridge related water pooling on the floor. When I called the office again in the morning, the staff were shocked as they had obviously not checked the messages. I was advised an electrician would be organised to fix the issue that day, but when I returned to our room that afternoon there was still no electricity. The fridge had been off all day and so there was now a large pool of water on the floor, as well as no hot water or TV. I called the office staff again to report this and was told that they would do their best to fix it, but they could not guarantee me it would be fixed or provide me with any after hours contact information should the issue persist beyond their office hours. I was told I could call an emergency electrician after hours but I would be responsible for paying their costs. 3+ hours after this call the electricity was still off.

The cleaniness and comfort of the property and being able tostay with our new dog the property worked perfect for us

It was quiet, plenty of parking, shared facilities good, room small but clean & comfortable.

Gap underneath door let a lot of light in from hallway. 2nd night put a towel against door to block light. No key to back door to rear yard. Would have been nice to sit on table located in courtyard and to let in fresh air

My room was clean and i was able to keep it nice and cool during a very hot day, The bed and Bedding were clean and comfortable, Great water pressure, and a little semi private area outside the room to eat if you dont want to use the shared kitchen

Comfortable bed, handy small fridge, kettle etc on bench in own room, nice outdoor area, bathroom very good. Great laundry facilities. Good off street parking. Quiet street. Occasionally heard the trains nearby.
