Pier Point 401 has a private balcony with a table and two chairs on the Cunningham Street side of the building that has a view toward the bay and Cunningham Pier that is located on Western Beach Road. Great customer service and was met at the front and was guided down to our car space Was then shown to our apartment and explained and showed where everything was 2 bedroom apartment was amazing and even had balcony Had everything you could want Short walk to restaurants and right on the waterfront Had coffee shop with great coffee right at the entrance

The apartment is brilliantly located, directely opposite Cunningham Pier on the waterfront. It was cool when we visited, so we didn't use the beach but it is in easy walking distance.The excellent National Wool Museum is a couple of blocks away, as is the fabulous Japanese fusion restaurant, The Raw. Do try it! The apartment was well furnished, including a very well supplied kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts thoughfully left some non-alcoholic wine for guests to enjoy. Try the white; it was excellent.
