We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Geelong over the Easter break. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was great too—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to shops, cafes, and the waterfront. It was also great for the kids, with plenty of space to play and a safe, family-friendly environment. They loved it just as much as we did! The little touches, like fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful amenities, really made us feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout the whole process. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, kid-friendly base in Geelong.

“Glorious paradise home away from home”

What a little gem of a stay that we didn't want to go home. A little drive up the road to Barwon Heads, where we went to the beach and caught up with friends. The house was so cosy, like you were still at home. It had everything you could ever need down to a rice cooker. Plenty of room, the yards back and front were enclosed. Outdoor bbq. The chickens, cubby house, books to read, and trampoline kept the children occupied. The owners lived up the back in their house and kept to themselve, and the space for parking was huge. The gardens were beautiful. Definitely will be back to stay. You won't be disappointed.

This is a brilliant 3 br place that has what we wanted, The bedroom ,beds and pillows were great, the bathroom was good and the kitchen was very nice, The ambiance was relaxing and would have no problem recommending Coppards Rest.

Linda is an outstanding host and her attention to detail, to ensure the most comfortable stay for all, including kids is exceptional. It absolutely felt home. One of the best places ever we have stayed across.

Linda met us on our arrival and made us feel welcome as if we were a friend coming to stay. She showed us through the house which was a bonus, showing us where things were. The house is well appointed with the mod cons and is just like a home away from home. As soon as we walked in the door we felt welcome. Linda left us with milk and eggs(from their chooks) and even brought us some homemade scones, jam and cream which went down a treat with our visitors. We also had a choice of a free bottle of a non alcoholic beverage, which was lovely. Also it is not far from the Geelong South railway station which we made use of to go into Melbourne. The beds were really comfy and the extra toilet was a bonus, as was the washer and dryer. Even though Linda and her family live on the property don't let this distract you from staying here. The house has its own yard and you don't even notice that they are around. You are left alone except for the welcome and the goodbye and if there is a problem you can ring and they are not far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again.

I was met by Elizabeth on arrival. It was lovely to be greeted and shown around the property. Amazing to have some essentials provided such as milk and butter. Couldn't have asked for more and I highly recommend this property.
