I like the room very much, it was spacious and very clean. The manager has allow me for late check out without extra charges. It’s was very kind of him. I will definitely still in this hotel in my next trip to gebze. All staff especially at reception were very friendly and helpful. Tqsm and really recommend all to stay in this hotel.

Very good location and reasonable cost. We came by big group at 7am (!) after very long flight and hotel manager provided early check-in for all 8 rooms, did some room upgrade, invited to breakfast for free of any charges!

All was perfectly :) ! Super reception by the General Hotel manager. Thank you for the free room upgrade. Breakfast/dinner were very good. Location close to the center, Gebze shopping center directly across the street - it fit!
