“Great place”
Small resort-like feel. Helpful staff, very close to the beach. I chose it primarily for my daughter, safe hotel, with pool, great breakfast, nice common areas, small garden, room with balcony and sufficient space. Safe town.

Hi Thank you for your hospitality, enjoyed my 4 nights at this hotel/ Very close to marina viaport- Taxi stand was very close so no issues getting a taxis local shops round the corner Restaurant near by Mosque was very close so the prayer of azzan you could listen to in your room Room facilities was good

“BE CAREFUL, manipulators with room and prices, selling smaller room like biger room for higher price”
I reserved a room of 35 m2 with a dining area. When I saw that I didn't get that room but a smaller one of 25m2, I reported the problem at the reception. They tried to convince me twice that it was a room of 35 m2 and that it corresponded to the room in the picture on the reservation (obviously was not same room). After the discussion and my request to measure the room with a meter, they realized that it was impossible to convince me in something wrong (becouse that was so obvious). They said that they had no more available rooms of 35 m2. I said OK, then return the overpaid amount (approx. 50 euros). The guy at the reception desk called the manager who said he wouldn't refund the money, without explanation or apology. This kind of manipulative behavior towards guests is very unprofessional and dishonest and shows the hotel in a very bad light. Guests in this situation have no choice. So that they don't go through the same thing as me, BE CAREFUL!!! Look my 35 m2 room on photos.

“Memorable Stay”
Our stay at the Cuci Hotel was splendid. The Staff were very helpful and friendly with smile, environment was very relaxing and the breakfast was very good with varieties to choose from. The room was well spaced and had all we needed and not pricy. The location was very serene, with a beautiful sea view less than 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. Taxis arrive promptly with no delay and there was easy commute from the Hotel to Grand Bazaar via train link from Osmangazi station to Scikizi. My wife and I looking forward to another stay.

During my stay I had a scary incident but thanks to the management staff the bartender yilmaz as well as the gentleman who transported me I was able to avoid the worst for this I would like to thank them very much for their presence, help and kindness above all as for the establishment it is quiet clean but far from the city center if you are not transported
