Price, location and staff

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. We waited for about an hour hoping it would improve, but it only got worse. The bathroom ventilation fan was not working at all, and the smell of sewage/feces spread into the entire room. We asked to change rooms, but the manager said the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was very kind and polite, but it was clear that he could not do much and was afraid of his manager. We then asked for a refund so we could change hotels, but the manager told the receptionist not to give us any refund, neither from reception nor via booking.com. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that they didn’t even put in effort to come to our room to see what went wrong and zero effort in helping us to investigate to sleep in better a condition. They eventually told us they would change our room for the second night, which they did, but this did not compensate for the first night’s experience. Another major issue was the pillows: they were basically non-existent, just thin pieces of fabric with almost no filling inside, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. It is a shame, because the location of the accommodation is excellent. However, due to the hygiene issues, lack of proper customer service, and overall discomfort, I would not recommend staying here.

Position was ok, non that far away from center 1km and closer to Solidarność. Parking for free is an advantage.

It’s near the city center, it’s very clean and confortable. The girls at the reception are really nice and helpfull, Camila and Ania.

There was no lights in the room, one small study table lamp only present but no tube light or bulb, There was no trash bin in the room, there were very little toilet paper present, there was no shower soup or shampoo available, the blanket and pillows were so small that a normal height person can not fit in it. The staff was not very responsive also. They told there is a coffee and tea in the kitchen but there was none there. We asked about some information about places to visit in the city but staff's response was very mute.
