I lost my phone in my room and they wrote me the next day that they found it. Very happy about that great service. Our stay there was really good and the hotel is close to the street, where all bars are at.

“Lovely place relatively close to ski resorts”
New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

“Wonderful execution and guest experience!”
Everything was clean and fresh. Plus, every member of the staff was outstanding and friendly. I noticed that everyone seemed to do all jobs, from working the front desk to doing housekeeping. A real team effort.
