Featuring traditional elements of the local architecture, the stone-built Anastasia Villas are 5 km from Agios Petros Beach. They offer fully equipped accommodation with Aegean Sea views. Facilities include a garden with BBQ and a sun terrace. Fitted with stone walls, beamed ceilings and a fireplace, all apartments at Anastasia open to a patio with sun loungers. Each has a seating area with TV and a kitchen with stove and dining area. Some stretch over two levels and others come with a washing machine. Guests may relax at the shaded sun terrace whilst watching the sea. BBQ facilities and a garden with plants and flowers are available. Gavrio Village, with several mini markets, restaurants and café bars, as well as the island’s port are 4.5 km away. A bus stop providing connection to different parts of Andros Island is 4.5 km away.

Location is comfortably isolated, although close to the town. Very calm place. Panoramic view to the Aegean Sea, Cavo d'Oro and Gavin Port. Ideal base for hiking. Just 5-minutes drive from the beach.

Lovely house with amazing view and great amenities & facilities. Although the temperature on the island was very hot, the house at Anastasia Luxury Villas was very cool, and we even used a bed sheet :) The host was very helpful and kind with us. Thank you very much Nikos for making our stay unforgetable!

“Peaceful outside retreat”
Well kept house and garden with trees and flowers with good wooden outside seating furniture and spots of shade if the sun gets too hot. Peaceful and quiet, only sounds are from nature.
