Nice environment in the common area with kitchen and sofa and so on. Calm villa area so no noise of traffic. Bed is soft and comfortable. Friendly host who lives on the ground floor.

Really great and homey accommodation! Big room and super comfortable beds in a beautiful house with a great host. We’re definitely gonna return next time we’re in this town. The kitchen is also great to cook in and very spacious with access to fridge and freezer.

Very nice modernization of an older building. Great comfort while preserving the genuine feel. I travelled alone but I imagine this property to be perfect for a larger group bringing the generous kitchen and lounge areas to better use. Location is exceptional within a very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, close to the University, Lantmäteriet, the city, and green park areas like the Boulogner forest.

Safe location

“Nice historical apartment, very good, quiet location.”

We had 2 rooms (lockable) of 3 rooms big apartment. Apartment is in nice historical building, interior were very nice, felt historical, and certainly very different from "regular" apartments. Very good location: quiet residential area, among other nice houses, lots of greenery, maybe 7 min of walk to the city center.

There is a great evening gathering in the garden, a great ball ritual, see included picture. 😉 to be honest, it was a very tasteful and cozy place, thanks to the owners. Best regards!

We are very happy with our unit on the attic and it's attached kitchen and toilet. Very satisfied. It is clean.

It's a 😌 place and well arranged. The hotel is near the main city.

It’s was a very cozy place, walking distance to anything in Gävle. Unfortunately the bathrooms seems very dirty and there was mold. The room itself was great, the bathroom with shower were unfortunately not fresh

“Lovely place to stay for the night”

The host was very kind, accommodating and thorough. The rooms are secure, very clean and comfortable. The room is nice and dark so you won't be waken up too early during the Swedish summer. Plenty of easily accessible outlets.
