Reception: superb! Really friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Only little thing, airco promised via booking.com but no airco.

The location was very ideal, close to everything. Lots of healthy varieties to choose from the breakfast menu and also the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was also very clean and quite spacious

“Swedish Dream”

Breakfast and location were great. Loved the fresh orange juice and the warm parts. Couldn't be more central. As Gävle is small, nice to be right in the middle and you can still get to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room not too big, but comfortable and spacious enough for a couple. Breakfast were really good!

The hotel is very centrally located. Staffs are extra ordinarily friendly. We visited the town just to have some cozy time with family during the easter vacation and they helped us a lot.

arrived late but the member of staff was exceptionally helpful. Got us checked in quickly and due to us having to leave early the next day even pre-made us breakfast for our 6am checkout which was before breakfast started at 7am.

We came to the hotel as a crisis situation, because trains were not operating at all yet and all traffic north was closed. Restaurant was closed because of this situation. Breakfast was amazing though. Ladies at the reception were doing all they can to make sure that guests were well taken care of, even if being understaffed but they couldn't leave the reception to show us the spaces below.
