A spacious comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Great to have a kettle and comfortable sofa. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast with fresh food and local treats.

Very friendly welcoming and the guy at the reception was extremely kind and helpful and he was also very pleasant to us during the breakfast by bringing everything we asked for. We enjoyed very much our staying there and surely we will come back again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. One of the highlights was their bakery: the breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I would gladly stay here again!

“Big frustration, and unexpected expense due to car parking.”
The staffs are so kind and polite. They did their best to comfort us and seemed to take so much care of us when we had meals in the morning. When we had a big trouble due to my car, they did their best to help us.

“Lovely breakfast, great staff, parking and good location in the centre of Town to walk around.”
Breakfast was excellent - all homemade and the staff really helpful. It is in the town square and depending on other guests it is not the most quiet place to stay but they were super nice and the rooms were super clean. We went to the cantina in Gavi if you want an amazing meal. WE really loved being in Gavi and this was a good place to stay.
