“Nice location with a very below average breakfast.”

Beautiful hotel with very small space luggages in the room. The bed was super soft, hence comfortable. There was no reception or any restaurant open just one day before the summer season and the food selection of the "restaurant" across the street is not really wide (3 types of pasta, plus one grilled chicken dish with potatoes), but was tasty.

The location is excellent. We stayed for one night off season when the slopes are closed. We were just there to relax and it was very nice. The hotel is mostly empty in these days, but we got a great room.

“Breakfast to be improved”

We had to rebook our stay and obviously landed on a weekend being low season. Breakfast was no longer served but we were told that we would receive a breakfast basket with buns, bread, juice, egg, cheese and ham. Which we did the first day, in a basket and placed in a cooling bag. No plates, wooden knife. Second breakfast however, no buns, same amount of bread, cold watery eggs. No basket but trays put on the floor, bread in bag put on our shoes. No knife. No plates. Coffee capsules not refilled. There were only two cups in the room. These we were supposed to wash for the second day but towels etc for that were not available. We honestly had expected a little more.

Property has a great location.

Nice room with a view of Gausta. We were staying out of season, and the simpler breakfast probably corresponded to that. But the service was very nice. The only minor complaint is the more modest storage space for clothes in the room.

The parking on site was good. They had a service room for plates and cutlery which was very handy. The room was very nice.

Easy self-check in process. The property was immaculately clean with lots of parking and ideally located. Breakfast was good with a good choice available.

The room was nice, it met our expectations. Nice with clean tovels and linen. The breakfast was not outstanding but good. There was no disturbing sounds. We lived on third floor.
