“Great base to explore the Contentin”
Thomas was an attentive, informative and kind host. The location is tranquil and the ambience is very relaxed. Even if you are just breaking the journey to or from the Cherbourg ferry, it is worth spending a couple of nights here as there is plenty to see and do in and around Barfleur - especially coastal walks. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty, with a chance to get to meet other guests around the large breakfast table.

“Lovely, romantic stay in a beautiful place”
Gorgeous, spacious and tastefully decorated room in a picturesque Normandy farmhouse. Very comfortable bed too. The location is quiet and beautiful, with views across the fields to the lighthouse and beyond, as well as being within easy reach of Barfleur and an easy drive to anywhere in Cotentin and beyond. Breakfast was delicious, varied and made by the delightful hosts.

Quiet but convenient for Barfleur. Spacious room with views to NW and SE. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Friendly hosts. Not far from Cherbourg ferry. Spa available at extra cost. Sometimes table de Hote dinner is available.

“Highly recommended!”
Exceptional welcome by the owners. Very well looked after, with a freshly prepared breakfast every morning. Great sized room with a large bathroom and a view of the lighthouse from our bed! Only 5 minutes by car into Barfleur for restaurants and starting walks on the coastal path. Highly recommended!
