Hotel could literally be anywhere in the world, such a cool vibe with a bright airy lobby and multiple outside areas to relax. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had the biggest showers I’ve ever seen all just a short stroll from downtown Gatlinburg. Staff were friendly, especially the ones working the bar. Would absolutely look up this chain anywhere after my experience.

There's a stream all the way around the resort. Places to cozy up by fires in a couple of locations. There's a hammock out by the stream and we saw bears frequently from the balcony. The staff was kind and courteous, helping us with anything we needed. I could see fatigue on their faces, but they slapped a smile on for every guest and a warm hello. The stay was quiet. Kids were in the hotel, but all was kept respectful. Will stay again. Definitely.

The rooms were massive.The smell of the hotel was like I was on a tropical island and it also gave the tropical island field yet being surrounded by mountains.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that we can't play the rides in the cold weather. The room is spacious and the balcony is nice. The room next door was very noisy the night we stayed there, and the sound was too loud! It brought us a very bad mood!

“Fabulous Family Hotel”

Location is perfect if you want to be close to the restaurants and activities. Staff are all so helpful and pleasant, could not do enough for us. Bedrooms are large, super comfortable, large bathroom. Towels by the pool, bar and food service at the pool which is open until 11pm at night for late swimmers. Food was really good. Myself, husband and 14 year old loved it so much we booked an extra night!
