“Great location for the town of Hatlingberg”
Very central to the town of Gatlinberg Would stay here again, breakfasts a bit chaotic due to there being only one staff on Sunday morning people were standing to eat their breakfast the lad was rushed off his feet, nice pool, fabulous room for us we were 3 friends that stayed here.

The free trolley stops outside so it is easy to get anywhere in Gatlinburg.

The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. Beds were comfortable too Location is good, can walk into the town So it should have been a good experience but it wasn't.
