Location was good with parking, walkable to main strip. Especially great for Roaring Forks motor trail. Good base to explore Smoky Mountains, Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge not too far away, likewise the trip over the mountains to Kuwohi & Cherokee. Comfortable clean room with usual facilities. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice helpful friendly staff The hotel is very close to the centre of the town. Located just a few blocks away from the center. The free trolley bus stops in front of the hotel.

Breakfast should be included. It’s about the same quality as hotels which provide breakfast. Not worth the cost when I can get it included elsewhere

The pool was very nice, plenty of room for everyone to swim and enjoy themselves. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy to find our room. Beds were comfy and room was spacious.

John at the front desk was great. Helped with room location request. Room CLEANED everyday with clean towels!! The hotel was decorated very nice. Good location, and trolly stop.

I did not take breakfast in the hotel. The room furniture was pretty dated, but the room was clean and the matraz was also in a good condition. I had room on the 1st floor with view to the indoor pool which was pretty loud in the later evening (a lot of kids playing). I did not bother me but there was also no view.

Fantastic location close to town but still quiet at night time. The restaurant was great to get breakfast each day and we had dinner there also. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a big bonus and there was plenty of parking.

The pool was good. The “ un marked” security guard with a gun yelling at kids in the pool was a little aggressive.

The only negative was having to pay for breakfast. I expected it to be better since I had to pay but it compared with other hotels who provide breakfast for free.. was not happy with it…
