“Enjoyed our stay, loved seeing black bears and hope to come back.”
This was our third visit and we will keep coming back. Great location allows you to walk to town. Also once again it was a bonus to see two black bears.

“Nice clean place but spoiled by smell.”
The room was modern and had obviously been renovated recently. The only negative was the damp smell on entering. I think it was a possible combination of air con and some dampness. I bought an air freshener which helped. On arrival the girl on reception wasn’t the friendliest but other staff we interacted with were. Location was great - a short walk downhill into Gatlinburg.

“Stay here when in Gatlinburg”
Really good location. Easy to walk in to town and close to pigeon forge. Beds comfortable and it felt safe. The top was seeing a bear outside the room, we loved it.

“GATLINBURG mountain inn”
We were welcomed on arrival and was taken to our room we explained were from the uk and was going to dollyworld the following day the manager on the desk (can't remember his name) then said leave it to him and he would arrange to get us there nice and early to beat the crowds which he did he then offered to arrange for us to get back to knoxville airport which he never had to do we were so grateful this saved us a lot of stress you must stay here if visiting gatlinburg it's location is great and you might even get to se the odd BEAR 🐻 or 2 the only suggestion I would make is put a few hangers in the room for your clothes to hang on see picture gatlinburg itself has got loads to see and do and pigeon forge is not to far away on the trolly the trolly is free to use in gatlingburg but there is a small fee to use in pigeon forge there are a few shops just over the road from the hotel for essentials and lots of shops and restaurants in gatlingburg we would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit
