“Worth every penny”

The rooms are awesome, like an old cabin from the 80s-90s, beautiful views from Gatlinburg and the price is awesome. You can't ask for more. Feels like a tiny house. The only thing that is kinda annoying is that the checking is in the econolodge hotel, but is around the corner, so no problem. Again views are awesome at night when trying to sleep.

Loved the location and the view of the mountains from the room. Older style property but that added to the charm.

Front desk girl working October 16th at 4 pm needs to smile more. She was very unpleasant to deal with.

Location.

For the prices is very unexpectedly a huge room and nice a little bit further for walking to downtown but manageable and they let you park closer to downtown so that was good.

"It is a shabby and very worn hotel. The reasonable cleaning and friendly service cannot compensate for the wear and tear, dull color choices, and uncharming furniture. You don't feel at home in the room and don't want to settle in to use the facilities here. I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and find a different standard."

We love the Chalet!! Stayed there 4 or 5 times now. The facility is exceptional in itself and the location is a plus. It's always very clean and quit. The peace and quit are worth every dollar spent to stay there. I just hope their prices don't start going up with the construction that is going on behind them. The staff is so friendly and caring. We had a little problem with a remodel going on in the room next to us but all it took was a call to the front desk and that was stopped. The pool and surrounding area is exceptionally well kept.

Large room, very clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, we slept like logs. The bedding was changed every day of our stay and we did end up staying an extra night. Reception and office staff very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was very good.
