The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room/suite was big but only has windows in the bedroom. Fine for a short stay but might feel a little closed in for longer stays. The neighborhood has a really cool pedestrian only are full of bars and restaurants. Nice food and entertainment but can be noisy at night. Overall it was excellent value for the price and the staff, especially the front desk gent, were excellent.

Great location, great value for the price, had all the comforts of an entire apartment and it was comfortable. Lots of great restaurants right next to the hotel within walking distance.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. On top of that, my experience with the reception was very negative, with a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. There were also power outages during my stay, which made the experience even worse. I will never set foot in this place again.

It was fairly clean and a great value for money. Good location, there's a strip or restaurants one street over. Only a half hour walk from downtown Ottawa

It was really close to the event i was going to, they took out the garbage daily and replace the towels, and the main building wasnt far away either. There was always staff there who were really professional. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom, had all you need.

The room was very spacious and neat. It was well equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were neat. The environment is quiet and calm as well. The lighting was great as well.

The location is near to the downtown, is ckean, and has peaceful environment. Staffs were good.
