“Very restful, clean, quiet, just what I needed.”
People were incredible (staff), they went far beyond what they had to. I needed the room urgently. I did not show up at the time, I stated, but staff made sure that I would be able to enter.

I liked that the bathroom was clean, towels, shampoos and other hygiene items were available. The room has a very comfortable bed. It was quiet on the territory, no noise.

A good place to stay for a few days when you come to Ottawa. We (my family and I) just stayed there a second time, and we are quite happy with the service, Recommend to all!

Near the lake park. Parking is handy at the door. They allow dogs to stay. Store across the street.

“Not too impressed. Only good to book if you have no options. Cheaper rates but this is what you get.”
Room smells cigarette although it’s a non smoking room. The aircon is directly blowing to the bed which made me sick. I won’t come back again to book this hotel.
