No toilet paper, no gas, no drink water. The kitchen needs to be renovated, the dishes for 4 people should be the same, not different. Booking location and accommodated location is diffrent. No recommend!!!

When we arrived noone was there, we called on number but no one was answering. So we have to wait for 2h to some woman come. She took 100e for deposit, which is nowhere written that she can does that. When we came to apartment and took showers the water was very very bad, there was no hot water and also the smell was very terrible. Some girl had to vomit right away because of the smell. Next day the water was better, probbaly no one used this apartment for very long time, did not even open pipes for preventig Legionela... At the end when we wanted to return the keys once again no one was at reception! So we called but no one was answering ( the clock was 5:30 in the morning but we needed to catch a flight), we called at etrance but some men didn't know what should we do with keys. So we took it with us, and sent message to them that we took the keys with us and that we suggest that they return us deposit 100e via bank transfer and we will return the keys via mail. They kept deposit and then no one was answering anymore. The woman was interested just in keys, if we would leave keys there no one would never answer me back about my deposit. I travel a lot but attitude like that I never met before. I deffinitly not recommend!!

The pool area is nice and the decor of the apartment and the general landscaping of the resort was quite good. Lovely plants around. It was very quiet, seemed like a lot of the apartments were not occupied so it was lovely and quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves.

The place as a location is amazing with a great beach club and the host at the front desk Gennet is very helpful and very accomodative
