This guesthouse is the best in my life. SAMAN family is so warm and welcome to me.When I arrived at here,they gave me a tea, some cookies and chocolates.Next day, I ordered for breakfast and it was amazing.Almost everything is come from their garden, which means so organic and healthy.My favorite is homemade jam!! At the night, it was very quiet and comfortable to sleep well. They always treated me as a daughter. My dream is to have own guesthouse for tourists, so SAMAN guesthouse is my best teacher ever.This respectful hospitality should be passed down and I will do. It's fun to visit a few landmarks around here but for me, just staying at the house and spending time together is also definitely good memory for you. I hope a lot of people come to stay here and share happiness each other, an owner and a guest.

Very friendly couple. The hostess prepared a nice small dinner and they offered me fresh cherries out of the garden. Everything was very clean, a modern bathroom.

Saman is a great host. Nice coffees and nice food. The daughter is not always too smiley, but I think it is because I don't speak the local language. I would have liked speak more with them, asking questions, but without speaking armenian or russian is difficult

“Lovely guest house with super kind hosts”
Really lovely guest house with super kind hosts. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the place is super quiet with a big orchard. Great place for exploring Garni and Geghard.

Very nice house the hosts are very kind and helpful although they don't speak English but always try to communicate and share food. It was easy to find and has 2 shops nearby and the bus 226 from Yerevan stops right in front of the shop. Also it's 30 min walk from the main attractions. All over was a nice stay and would recommend.

“Super hosts, big and clean!”
The room was big and clean in a very silent area. The hosts were SUPER KIND and make you feel very comfortable. The position has close 2 minimarket and the bus from/to Yerevan (n°266).

“I would recommend it for those who want to be like in a family and stay in the residential area.”
Hosts are incredibly helpfull and kind. They offered me tea, food, and everything I need. Also I can parked my motorcycle in the property, near the house. They are like your real grandma and grandpa :)

“Perfect rural stay with wonderful people, in a beautiful place.”
This is a wonderful house, run by two lovely friendly people who will make sure you are comfortable throughout your stay. They werei like real grandparents, gave me delicious food, shared a family barbecue with me, and vegetables from the garden. The house is clean, spacious, and warm. And just up the road from a supermarket in Garni. I got a bit lost on the way, but if you go through the village, towards Goght, turn left then right after supermarket, and it's just up the road with a blue gate.

“Wonderful!!”
It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!
