“Great location, huge space, bargain prices”

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

Extended stay to 3 nights - great accommodation for a non fussy traveller. Huge room with own kitchen and bathroom plus use of washing machine. 10 minutes walk from Garni temple and lovely daughter who checks you in (speaks English). Cannot fault anything in light of the asking price. Host very responsive by email.

“Relax and chill out”

I stayed alone there for a night but it also suits your family. The room, the kitchen and the garden are big and comfortable. I cooked rice and some vegetables and washed my clothes. Everything I need for my stay was perfect. I was really relaxed. Thank you!

A nice lady who didn't speak English but was very welcoming. It was only 5000 dram, about £10,so reasonable value for one night. Very close to Garni temple, tge Symphony of Stones and some nice restaurants.
