The apartment was spotless with a welcome pack and extra towels, washing powder just everything you could need. It is spacious and very comfortable plus excellent location 3 minute walk to shops. Plus glorious views of the mountains from every window Perfect winter or summer.

Everything!!’n What a beautiful house! We were beyond excited about this property. Out of all the places we’ve stayed till now, this is easily among the very best. We travel quite extensively around the world, and this one truly stands out. We stayed as a family of five, grandparents, mum, and two teenagers and every one of us loved it. My children even said they wished they could move in! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need: - A spacious master bedroom with a large ensuite - An additional toilet - A lovely, fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and tumble dryer) - A big balcony with stunning views of the Alps - Two more bedrooms upstairs and another bathroom with a shower The thoughtful surprise gifts left by the owner made us feel especially welcome. The location is perfect: just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Tourist Office, supermarkets, banks, shops, and restaurants, and no more than 15 minutes on foot from Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station. The hosts were fantastic - very responsive before and during our stay, always replying quickly to any questions (including restaurant recommendations). They were also extremely accommodating when our flight was delayed; even though we arrived later than the normal check-in time, they kindly waited to welcome us and hand over the keys. If we return to beautiful Garmisch, we would definitely stay here again. This accommodation added something truly special to our holiday in Bavaria.

Everything, I think this was the most complete and beautiful home I've ever stayed in! There was nothing i could think of that would make it better other than me moving there permanently! 😁 all staff members we spoke to were kind, helpful and attentive- we hope to return sometime in the future! It felt like 7 star luxury experience!

Very spacious and clean apartment where up to 7 people can sleep comfortably. Beautiful view of the part nearby and mountains beyond. Very clean and well equipped for longer stay with friends or larger family.

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for everyone. It is beautifully furnished and overlooks the park. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. It's only a short walk to restaurants , cafes and supermarkets. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it to others.

The apartment has the best location in town, it overlooks a park so you get the peace and greenery, but a busy area with shops and restaurants are a just few minutes walk away too. The owner is also very considerate and friendly.

This apartment was out of the ordinary not only in where it is situated in the town (right near the main center) but also the opulent feel of each room. Nice touches such as a jar of tall red candles for us to use and beautiful, tasteful Christmas decorations made our stay fabulous. Thank you for the treats left on the table too. We will be back.
