“Central location but still calming. Beautiful apartment.”

Very good location. We got an apartment facing the mountains (and train station) which was beautiful and calming. The staff is amazing! Very personalized service and detailed explanation of everything regarding the property.

Great stay! The hospitality and communication were excellent. The apartment is perfect and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

No shampoo or shower gel. No shops nearby to get them. Honestly, you’re better off getting a hotel. You also get a passive aggressive text telling you to clean up and empty the bins at the beginning of the second day. That annoyed me too, I’m not a cleaner, I’m a guest. On leaving I was asked if everything was ok, I wasn’t going to say anything. But as he asked, so I shared. In response he set about trying to tell me off for having booked as I should have known, apparently! It’s not a 10/10 as currently rated. I fell for that. You’re a fee paying minor inconvenience who apparently should know better.

Kitchen facilities very well supplied. Plenty of room, living & dining area plenty of space and furniture. Outdoor access on ground floor with garden area. Very handy to Haputbahnhof and room soundproof so did not hear trains or neighbours. Good washing machine & dishwasher Ironing facilities

Stayed in one of the apartments for a skiing trip, they are very convenient since it is close to the train station and we did not driving. The place itself is very comfortable and nicely equipped; we liked the coffee machine (available with beans). Staff was very nice, we had trouble returning our ski equipment and they helped us sort it!

Very close to rail. Great views from bedroom window. Close to restaurants and bars. Supermarket close as well. Big rooms.

Only issue is that staff are only onsite after 10, so it’s a bit of a pain if you arrive earlier.

Location is the plus point The staffs are very friendly and helpful . Lidl is very nearby . Lot of restaurent around the corner . Neat and clean rooms. Very lively neighbourhood .

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean, new, and well-equipped. The kitchen was complete with a coffee machine, sharp knives, washing machine, and cleaning supplies. One family member had back problems and slept poorly the first night, but reception fixed it immediately. The apartment is well insulated, quiet, and warm with floor heating. Ski lockers and parking were convenient. Location is perfect: 3-minute walk to Spitz train (5 minutes to Hausberg lift), plus supermarkets and bakery nearby. Highly recommend!
