When we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to wait for a while, but we waited for nearly two hours. In the end, they told us that their system didn't recognize our reservation. They already had the Booking.com reservation, but it didn't transfer to their system, and we left the hotel.

Terrible Stay Avoid This Hotel! Completely different from the photos. Old, dirty interior with bad smell. No AC, no proper fan, rooms are unbearably hot and humid. Cockroaches under the bed, broken furniture, and super rude staff. Worst experience ever stay away!
