Location is perfect and staff friendly and allowed me to leave luggage for a few hours.

A wonderful hotel. Its location is very convenient. It's a 20-minute walk to the Hausberg ski slopes and 20 meters from the train station. It's warm and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress.

“Perfect hotel in the perfect alpine town”

The location is just perfect. Super close to the train station (in fron of it actually) and 5 minutes walk to the train leaving to the Zugspitze and the other stops. Downtown is an easy 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was decent and the staff there and at the reception was super kind. A lady welcomed me and gave me a bunch of information. Everybody was always smiling! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the heater was good, and even though the hotel was full, I heard no noise whatsoever. Perfect hotel!

Breakfast was amazing & great selection even for vegetarians. The staff was on hand & super attentive to make sure everything ok & that the food was refilled. I had an amazing view of the mountains.

“Everything was OK”

A fairly large hotel that comfortably met the accommodation needs of two people. Since it was off-season, the place was quite empty. The breakfast hall was enormous, and it felt a bit funny that in such a huge space there were only a couple of other people besides the two of us. No doubt it’s bustling during peak season. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, and the staff were friendly.

Perfect for those travelling by trains/coaches as the hotel is just across the bus/train station. Having said that, no issues with sound pollution related to them. The hotel was always clean. B'fast could improve, however there was a selection. Those with food intolerances are better to contact the hotel. The lady who was attending to guests during b'fast still tried to communicate with us despite her minimum English language. A local transport ticket was given to me to use during my stay.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful location and is very close to transport facilities to go to tourist places. The hotel staff is very friendly. The check in and check out at the hotel was very fast.
