“Very clean, cosy, quiet area”

Very beautiful location right next to the cable car. Plenty of green areas, a quiet place, and a pleasant host. The rooms are extremely clean, with a newer bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Parking is available at the house, making it a great starting point for excursions.

The apartment was well situated, superclose to the ski lift. Marion was very attentive, helpful very kind. The apartment was also very clean. We loved staying at Ferienhaus Heimhof. Would love to come back again.

We have been skiing for years in Austria and Italy and really wanted to try Garmisch on our way back to Munich. wow the accommodation is wonderful, Marion is a fantastic hostess and our apartment had everything we needed with wonderful views towards Eibsee. The ski lift is maybe a 2 minute walk.. ideal!! We just loved staying in this beautiful home..

It is a wonderful accommodation, everything is exceptionally well taken care of! It is spotlessly clean! Its location is amazing, just outside the town next to the lift, with a fantastic view of the mountains! The owner was very kind and extremely helpful! We had a health issue with our dog on a public holiday, and she immediately found us a vet and helped us completely! The little house has everything you need in the kitchen and even more! We stayed for 8 nights and we would definitely return!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much! It was such a great choice for us, we appreciated very much the level of comfort our apartment presented especially after a day full of activities in nature. The location is very good, there have private parking, it is very convenient for us to drive there, the house is very unique, the balcony has a great view, and the landlord is also very welcoming.

Location. Room. Facilities. Cleanliness. Friendliness. This is a lovely house in a very scenic location on the edge of Garmich. 5 mins into town. 3 mins from a Lidl supermarket and right beside 2 superb cable cars. I recommend the alpslitze car. Very reasonably priced and spectacular view from the top. Loved our stay here and would love to come back again. The rooms are homely and well appointed.

The property was delightful, it felt like a home, and the shower in particular was fantastic, as was the view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you needed. Couldn’t fault anything about the place. There was a bus stop literally right outside, and a secure place to store bikes. We’re already hoping to visit again.
