The property is well located, clean & well designed for a family of 4. It also comes with a dedicated carpark lot without additional fees which is great! It has a small balcony with a table and chairs and it is accessible from the first bedroom. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It also has a great view of the mountains so I can imagine having a coffee and just chilling at the balcony during the summer. I am so thankful the apartment has both a washer and a dryer which helped to shorten the laundry time!

Everything! What you see in the picture is what you get. The apartment is clean. It is spacious for the family. Fully furnished. The view from the balcony is great. Next to the town center and close distance all the key attractions. Micheal was great! He made us felt welcome and provided us a list of what to do and eat in the area. 4 nights were too short!

Lovely apartment in a great location - just a few minutes from the bus/train station and the Zugspitzbahn. Michael was very welcoming and provided extensive information on Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Very clean, high quality, quiet place, great view

The flat was amazing clean and have all the kitichen items (vallary and bouch) High class furniture with amazing view at the mountain garmisch. 2 minutes walk from the train station going to top of germany. Also 5 minutes walk to supermarket (Lidol) There is playing ground for kids 2 Towels provided per person (one big and one medium size). There is shutter on the window to make the room dark that can be opened to get air from the windows. The location is in the middle of downtown no need to take the car walking distance. There is halal shop near for meat and chicken and rice for muslim people. The woden floors and the outside balcony was an art really. The parking is spacious underground (every car have allocated parking ). I recommend this accommodation strongly and its worth the money. Smart TV and you can watch nitflix with your account. Every room there is TV beside the sitting room. Mickel is very helpful and kind. There is garmisch card that can be given with the appartment that gives you access to the green buses for free and some events discounted. Everything was amazing. There is also washing machiene with seperate dryer that i really liked and takes 2 hours to wash the clothes and dry them ready to wear. Washing liquids and cleaning items with plastic bags provided and sponge with cleaning towels are also provided. Loved it to the maximum. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Hair dryer is provided. I will come again next vacation.
