They are insincere and not transparent with their dealings. They deliberately accept your booking only to inform you at arrival that the place has been issued knowing fully well that you have no option. This is a criminal breach of trust and I will advise any customer going to the accommodation to be very wary of their antics. I will advise that The Shelter should be taken off the booking.com platform for their criminal tendencies. Customers beware!!!!

“Disappointed, wasted time, wasted resources and regrets for booking in the first place 😕.”
They didn't have a room when I got there with my partner and they took me another building entirely and they asked me to Pay 30k a night when I was supposed to pay 28k for the 3 days. The staff that attended to us was very impolite and nonchalant. I ended up leaving there with alot of disappointment.
