The staff is very polite and eager to help with even the smallest details. The breakfasts were excellent. We came in May for a sightseeing trip, and everything was perfect. We were given a room with a balcony, even though we'd booked a more basic room, thanks to the hotel. The Botanical Garden and the lungolago are literally right next door. The Vittoriale is located a bit higher, but still close. It's definitely worth a visit. Opposite the Vittoriale entrance is a wonderful osteria/pizzeria with reasonable prices, delicious food, and large portions. The vessels docks right next to the lungolago beginning, and you can sail to Salò, Limone, and Riva. There's a swimming pool and a solarium with sun loungers on the roof.

A lovely hotel, only 5 mins walk from the Town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel had underground parking. Breakfast was good

The staff was super nice! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. At first I had some visitors (ants) in the room, but they managed to clean up and keep them away. The location is great if you want to explore the surrounding areas. Also, the breakfast was amazing, especially cappuccino (which is included in the price if you decide to have breakfast in the hotel!) i would 100% recommend the hotel😁

Great location - very handy for Gardone town but quiet. The staff were lovely and really helpful. My room was very comfortable with lovely terraces, and a great bathroom. Great views of the lake.

The breakfast has a good selection of foods, for every taste. As for the bed, the mattress was very comfy but the pillows could be a bit better.

We stayed at Gordone Palace for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The area around the hotel is very quiet and relaxing, yet it takes just a couple of minutes to get to the lake where there are restaurants and bars. We got a very big room with a big bathe room and a view towards the lake, which was absolutely stunning. The staff is also very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast! There was a swimming pool and sunbeds inside. Personal was helpful. The location is very good, but we didn't have time to visit the river beach, so can't say how far it is. Next time will stay for more than one night!

“Surely worth it!”

Not much to say: a four star hotel, with four star service, location, everything. Very satisfied! We had no breakfast, but I expect it to be on par. I chose the location to be close to Vittoriale to enjoy sunset concerts and so it is: you can walk there in ten minutes, or stop to restaurants and bars. Everything is expensive, but good, and the view on the lake is pretty lovely! Despite the high season we could always find a parking spot nearby; the management told us they even have a charging facility.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Gardone Riviera, but what truly made it special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – especially Miki, the waiter at breakfast and by the pool. Miki was incredibly attentive and kind to both of us and our 2-year-old son. Always smiling, helpful, and thoughtful, he made sure we felt welcome and comfortable every single morning. He went out of his way to make our little one feel at ease, which meant a lot to us as traveling parents. Thank you, Miki, for making our mornings so pleasant – you really made a difference in our stay. We’d love to come back!

Only few steps to lungolago with many restaurants. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff, very good breakfast.
