Stayed in Hotel Galeazzi with my family and I would absolutely recommend it. Hotel is quite comfortable and has a variety of amenities like pool zone, lounges and more. Staff were wery welcoming and helped us out with a few different things (like finding a good taxi and etc.). Hotel is located right near a bus station and you can also get a few boat tours from Babrarano port 10 mins. away. Overall a very pleasant stay, will absolutely be back again!

“A very romantic and relaxing stay for couples”

The breakfast was very good and the coffee the hotel supplied was well done. The hotel staff were mostly lovely and helpful. The location was very relaxing with some restaurants near but also bigger towns just a few minutes drive away. Even if you dont have a car you can take a nice walk to Saló in around 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable and it was very nice to have a balcony with seats outside. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice (though it lacked a lock on it). We got into a bit of trouble during the first day when the toilet would not stop flushing but it was quickly fixed by the hotel. The swimming pool and the relaxation area was very nice and clean! We enjoyed many sunny day there. If you see this review and are thinking of staying in Gardone Riviera i would highly recommend the restaurant Emiliano, if you stay at the hotel you can even get a 10% off (at least that was possible when we were there may 2026). Like some people have said in reviews it is a bit old and outdated but in my opinion it is part of the charm.

You could truly taste the care and authenticity in every bite. I booked a single room, which was perfectly furnished with everything you might need during your stay. The room had plenty of natural light, was exceptionally clean, and felt comfortable and peaceful. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Overall, Hotel Galeazzi exceeded every expectation. It combines charm, comfort, and warm hospitality in a beautiful setting. I’m honestly considering coming back to Lake Garda just to stay here again!

Room was comfortable. Window blinds very heavy to pull up, and the maid put them down again every day! More pillows would be good and also drinking glasses would be a good addition instead of the flimsy plastic cups provided.

“Beautiful hotel in the best location on the lake”

We stayed 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 teenagers). The quadruple room was actually two bedrooms, a lovely surprise. The hotel was in an excellent location, easily walkable into Salo and close to restaurants both on the Barbarano waterfront and up the hill into the local village. Breakfast was great, as was pool. Many areas to sit and relax outside of room.

Whole experience was exceptional

The rooms were clean, enough space, clean towels everyday. The pool was perfect. Breakfast had enough options, the staff was very kind to also offer homemade gluten free options. In general, the experience was very pleasant, kind staff, good atmosphere, parking in garage possible, good location. Would definitelly recommend the stay at Galeazzi.
