“6 days in Paradise.”

This was a return visit to Hotel du Lac.......so that's saying something in itself! The hotel is perfectly located on the lake front, with easy access to the water taxi/boats for exploring other towns along the lake edge. This is a traffic restricted area, so is reasonably quiet. We had a lovely comfortable room, with a terrace, So lovely to sit out and relax after breakfast, or in the evening before dinner. The management and staff are very friendly, and welcoming, always a cheerful word passing through the foyer. Breakfast was served buffet style, with a lovely selection of cold meats/cheese/breads etc etc, and also a choice of hot cooked dishes. There are a fabulous choice of restaurants along the lake front, and up in the main part of Gardone as well,(short walk up the hill from Hotel du Lac). I highly recommend this hotel, for location, ambience, friendliness, and value. I will add, by way of a warning......Gardone is not a busy hub like other towns on the Lake, but if it's a total rest, recharge the batteries kind of holiday you need/want, then this is the place for you!

What a view on the lake as described it was fabulous Breakfast was good & very fresh Boat basically outside Great parking across the road Room was very clean not huge but adequate . Staff were so friendly and helpful. Id definatly stay again

The hotel is located right on the lakeshore and offers an amazing view. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, which makes the location even better. The place is very clean, well organized, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel cosmetics were excellent, and we really appreciated the option to purchase some of the products. The breakfast was fantastic, with a breathtaking view that made the experience even more special.

The Hotel is Really beautiful ,comfortable clean and the Staff are the most kind and helful staff i have ever meet in a Hotel, this is a hotel that i will definitely revisit. one of my top choices in Italy , i traveled for work but it felt like being in holidays with my partner.

“A wonderful stay in a perfect hotel, with a to die for location!”

The hotel was amazing, right on Lake Garda so extrnely picturesque. Thw breakfast was buffet style and you had so much choice from toast, fruit, cakes, yoghurt, cereal etc, as well as coffee, tea and fresh juice. The room was very comfortable, clean and all very new. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was just a pleasure to stay there!

A lovely hotel in Gardone Riviera, across the lake with beautiful views and a choice of restaurants to choose from very close by. Thanks staff were friendly on check-in as well as on check-out, and provided all the information needed. A relaxed stay, with some good food and fantastic views.

Amazing location, clean room, good breakfast

It's a super hotel that is worthy of a 4 star rating , excellent location , staff are very welcoming and helpful in all areas. Margherita on reception was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food that was readily replenished. We stayed in a lakeside terrace room which was very spacious both inside and out on the terrace , very quiet and relaxing all round

Everything went very well, it was the clean, probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. It was also family run nothing was too much trouble, not part of a big chain, very passionate in what they do . All staff from the cleaners, waitresses, reception all amazing , not to forget that the breakfast that too was fabulous . We did also have dinner once in the Hotel, this couldn't be faulted, it was only the once because in Gardone there is such a big choice of amazing places to eat .
