“Worst service ever”
They do not provided the correct information to get the key. After 40 min at 1:00 am while snowing finally they answered to phone and unlocked the box from remote, then I had to change and finding building. Wasn't impossible with provided info. If you are so lucky to get the key and the room then you will face with the very noisy fridge while trying to sleep. They do not provided info about the shuttle (platform 40 nor the stop, Clarion Hotel or Runnway)
