I don't know how to describe my experience today. I arrived at your apartment, but I couldn't get in. They called the phone and said they couldn't find my reservation number. It was snowing heavily outside, but I couldn't open the door in order to find the key. There was only one The password was 5063, and I couldn’t open the key box. I walked back and forth in the snow for two hours. Finally, I had no choice but to take a taxi back to the airport. I booked a room but couldn’t get in. What kind of experience was this? ? Two kind guests helped me get in and out of the snow, but they couldn't open the door. This was the worst experience I've ever had on booking.com. You can see how to solve my problem.
