The house had the most beautiful view from the upper terrace. The property was clean and a great size for our family group. The pool is so lovely, large, clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and our host went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us to enjoy an amazing holiday. The location is good, just a 10 min walk into Garda centre which is has loads of restaurants and shops and access to ferries and buses.

Beatrice the host was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa. We could not have asked for anything more, Beatrice was such a lovely friendly woman who could not do enough for us and was always at the end of the phone should we need anything. She was the perfect Host. The Villa was beautiful with views over the lake. It had all the amenities needed also a large garden with sun loungers and the bonus of a lovely swimming pool. The Villa is a 10/15 minute walk from the lake and is on a hill but not too steep to cause any issues. We can certainly highly recommend booking here as you are guaranteed a perfect base for your holiday

This villa is very spacious and comfortable. It has amazing views of lake Garda. Our host Beatrice was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us have a perfect stay. There are multiple seating areas to allow for all weather and personal preferences. We enjoyed catching the rays from our balcony in particular, but everywhere was relaxing.

Beautiful villa with nice private garden,very well equipped eith everything one would need for peaceful and relaxing stay. Pool is just few steps down from the house and is shared with 2 other houses, but during our stay we did not see anybody else using it,so it was all at our convenience. There is a parking place close to the house, very convenient. The house is just a 10 min walk from Garda village with plenty of restaurants and touristic shops etc. And not to forget the host - Beatrice is an outstanding host, we felt so warmly welcome from the very moment we met at arrival! She was very helpful with guidance about where to go and what to see around Lake Garda,and was always just a Whatsapp message away if we had a question about anything. Overall, wonderful experience, we want to come back!😄

The location is perfect (10 minutes walk from Garda), the parking is very close to the house (but does have ~15 stairs). The host (Beatrice) was very friendly and helping. We had to check-in late at night, we texted before we arrived, and she waited for us until we arrive.

Beautiful quiet location with a wraparound balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. Three good size bedrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor living space. Lovely pool with sun beds. Very helpful host.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood just above Garda, it's a ten minutes walk to the lake. Stunning view from the higher floor, lovely and mostly quiet pool - which you only share with a few Italian neighbors. The house is well equipped and Beatrice is a wonderful host, always around when you have questions or need something. We had a very nice holiday, away from the crowds around Garda lake.
