Clean, big apartment, nice view, really useful free shuttle to lake and nice staff, i internet working everywhere.

The apartment is roomy, bright and has a sunny balcony. Kitchen was accessible, beds were comfy. The grounds are well cared for, and the kids could move around freely. Nice views across the lake from rooms in Block A.

The picturesque venue

Resort looks really nice, the room didn’t match this scene unfortunately this is the reason of the cheap price, but still nobody should sleep in these conditions.

The apartments were great for a family of four, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment as went out every day or up to the pool. The extra sports facilities work out to a lot of money and I think this could be done better but saying that I would stay here again.

Breathtaking views and an excellent pool made our stay very enjoyable. The flat was pretty clean. The resort itself is extraordinary, with a great pool area, a snack and drinks bar, and a kid-friendly environment.

Reception staff let the hotel down. This is our second time we have had this experience. There is an older lady who is at reception and she is lovely and very accommodating. On check-in in there are two young ladies who are quite abrupt and rude, rolling their eyes and huffing during check-in when asked questions such as extra keys. Not the nicest welcome, and given that I recommended this hotel to family from last year, I found it an embarrassing unavoidable first impression. I write this only so management is aware and can improve others' experience. Other than that everyone else is lovely. Pool bar staff are very happy, helpful, and work hard all day, as do the shuttle drivers who don't stop and always open doors, greet everyone with a warm welcome, and ensure everyone gets up and down to the town safely. The lifeguards don't take their eyes off the pool all day, they are very attentive. There was a gentleman who needed medical assistance and they were very quick to respond and medical assistance was arranged promptly.

Big pool, a bit cold but good. Ac in rooms. Shop to buy bread in the morning.

The grounds are well kept and extensive, plenty of activities and it was handy having the gym. The spa was lovely.

Swimming pool was great. If we had a technical problem with air conditioning, the service man arrived within 30 minutes.
