The hotel is ideally located Room was very small considering it was the most expensive The bathroom is in need of a update No not water in the evening for a shower Breakfast was excellent and reception staff were very helpful

Hotel was in a good waterfront location. Our bedroom and bathroom was large and had a balcony with beautiful views overlooking the lake. Definitely worth paying the extra to have a lake view room. The staff were friendly and it was a very good breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. Different pastries everyday. We liked very much that if you wanted you could sit outside overlooking hotel garden and lake views.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the sea and communications; boats and buses. I had a room with the balcony on the public terrace. I was a little bit afraid it could be a bit noisy, but no. Partly depending it was in the last part of april and still low season and partly because the guests were grown up people and they were very quiet. The room had very comfortable beds. It was also large. Good wardrobe. The breakfast was amazing, there was everything you can wish at a breakfast table. The waiter was a very kind and fast man. There was also possibility to eat the breakfast outside. All staff were very kind. I can really recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic on the lake but a little bit away from the main restaurants ,which served us well as it was liberation day during our visit. The 5 minute walk to the bus station was fantastic as we used the buses everyday. It's a family run hotel and the friendliness of the staff was the best we have encountered. Would 100% come back to this hotel.

“Great staff, location, value!”

Every single one of the staff members were super friendly! Always smiling! They were bringing a toddler chair even before I asked for one. The room has a terrace where you can chill out while waiting for your kid to fall a sleep. There is also a general terrace as well with sunbeds. So close to the center where you can hang out, eat and even the ferry to anywhere is close by. The hotel is near and clean! I can say the same for all the streets in Garda suburb. The breakfast and coffee were sufficient for us. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely staff and location

“Excellent hotel and staff”

Staff very helpful and hotel location is excellent for Garda itself or a 7 minute stroll to Ferry Dock if you want to explore the lake area. Bus Station is even closer, around 4 minute walk. Hotel room and public areas spotless. Continental Breakfast fresh and plentiful with hot option of bacon and scrambled eggs available daily too. Efficient friendly service.
