“Elegant, clean hotel with a right good feel about it”

We got upgraded for a fee however it was fantastic. The room was amazing

The hotel is a little tired. But that doesn't matter to me. The location is absolutely amazing. I have really really enjoyed my three days here. For sure I will return. The only better located hotel I have stayed in was on the Amalfi coast!

The location was excellent, close to the lake and only a short walk from the town. Having breakfast served outside meant we could appreciate the beautiful hotel garden and a fantastic view of the lake and its surroundings.

Beautiful location and very comfortable garden room overlooks the lake. Easy to get to and a lovely walk to the town.

The location was perfect and very picturesque, a short 10 min walk on the water fronts takes you right into Garda and there's loads of shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site but also adjacent to the hotel is a nice bar which is very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit and all you could want every morning.

Breakfast was very good Restaurant was very quiet, so lacked atmosphere,although the meal we had was very good. Bedroom although big was disappointing, with lighting a particular problem. Room was constantly hot with Aircon ineffective. Also the beach we aging was uncomfortable. Bathroom and separate toilet were good with effective shower. Location and outside patio and views were superb. Car parking was difficult and at a distance from hotel even though there was loads of block pavior potential parking space around hotel that could be used, exclusively reserved for a small number of external rooms or just wasted
