The location is excellent, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. However, the room was very dirty. The amount of dust on the furniture was unbelievable. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the bathroom sink was clogged. Overall, there was a lot of dust throughout the room. The property would benefit from at least a thorough deep cleaning, if not some cosmetic renovation. The bedding provided for our child appeared to be 10–15 years old, and instead of a proper pillow, there was only a small decorative cushion placed inside a pillowcase.

Luca was exceptional on our arrival, showed us everything and told about local things to explore. The apartment is well located and equipped, within the walking distance to the old town and importantly quiet during the night time. We loved it there, definitely will be coming back.

Everything was really good and location is perfect

Perfect location, short walking distance from everywhere important in town: mini-market by the door, supermarket nearby, lakeside is 1min away, ferry port nearby, bus station nearby, children park just up the street and multiple restaurants around. Nothing is missing. Underground car parking spot available for a small fee. Flat had all we needed for our family, including an equipped kitchen so we could sort catering should we want to, and plenty toys for the children. Luca is a superhost, very kind, and gently let us borrow some bikes to cycle around the lakeside: there was a back seat for my young toddler, plenty small ones for school aged children, teenagers, smaller and bigger adults!

Apartments located very close to the beach and old town, literally only a few meters. The apartment was spacious and clean, equipped with an air conditioner. The host Luca is incredibly helpful and kind. He waited us when we arrived and showed the entire apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Next public beach is around 15 mins by easy walk. We can recommend.

The flat had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is close.

Very central location - close to the bus station, main road around lake Garda, shops and bars. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay - plenty of room for the 2 of us as it is a family apartment. Luca kept in contact during our stay to ensure that we had everything that we needed.

“Incredible week in Garda!”

Luca was a fantastic host. He was flexible with our arrival and departure and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the family apartment which is so much bigger than we were expecting. So much space for a family of 4. Great little extras with toys for the kids and a huge balcony to enjoy. The location is the best part - 2mins walk from the lake. Incredible restaurants, decent supermarkets, an ice cream shop and the bus station within a few steps of the apartment. Thank you so much for a great stay.

The apartment is very centrally located, close to the lake, restauarants and everything you need. It was much larger than we expected with plenty of space, a bath, washing machine and most things you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Luca, was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted us out with a ride to the airport when all the taxis were fully booked. Amazing service and very welcoming.
