“Comfortable stay that we really really enjoyed.”
The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, well lit and with a great view. We were on the 6th floor. And the washrooms with floor heating was very welcome! And it’s a convenient 25 mins to Marienplatz on the U6 with the stop literally outside the hotel.

All construction and room are absolutely new, modern and with exceptional quality. Breakfast was excellent - 👌 top! A few sorts of milk, salmon, and a variety of bread.

“Good value for a long stay”
On the doorstep of the U-bahn station (1 minute walk) and in the middle of TUM Garching. Lounge/common area is comfortable and has books (all German) and a pool table. Kitchen was well-appointed. Note that the fridge and dishwasher are camouflaged behind cupboards. Tip: Ask for the cookware/dishware (no additional cost) at the front desk. The basket they give you only has one set so if you're multiple people, ask for additional dishware.

Good value for money, good connection to city centre (30 min metro). Very new building and rooms, well suitable for working from distance.
